Allied manages your corporate relocation from start to finish with our expert Move Management services. Based on your unique corporate relocation, we will put a customized Move Management plan into place that outlines every minute detail of the relocation to ensure a seamless, streamlined experience. Because of our exceptional Move Management, we are able to perform global relocations.
One of the most important aspects of corporate relocation is that your employees are well-informed of the entire process prior to the move. You will be assigned a personal move counselor who will be there for the employee from start to finish, answering any questions or addressing any concerns they may have. By eliminating the intermediary and providing a single source contact, your employee will experience peace of mind throughout the move process.
Move Management for Successful Corporate Relocations

Your personal move counselor will act as the single source contact throughout the relocation, a dedicated source for any need or request. By keeping you and your employees up-to-date with the latest information, corporate relocation is seamless.
Move Management - Six Steps for Success
Every phase of a corporate relocation is supervised and monitored by an experienced and knowledgeable move coordinator. The move coordinator assures that Allied's procedures and services - from pre-move planning through final invoicing - strictly comply with your company's relocation policies.
The move coordinator will perform a pre-move consultation, which is an in-depth needs analysis to identify the specific relocation requirements, expectations and concerns of the relocating family.
Arrangements are then made for a thorough in-home survey of the household goods to be shipped, making note of special packing and transportation requirements. Based on this room-by-room analysis, the move coordinator is able to determine the estimated cost of the relocation.
After the estimate is approved, the move coordinator will personally update your employee on all of phases of the move, from when the packers will arrive to exactly when final delivery will be made.
Each transferee is contacted a minimum of seven times, including the actual days of packing, loading and delivery.
If your employee requires information or has questions regarding the move, they may simply contact their move coordinator via a toll-free number that is monitored 24/7. The move coordinator is empowered to respond quickly, providing the necessary information to your employee.
