Allied introduced our Quality of Service Audit (QSA) in 1995. The QSA was developed to act as a "checks and balances" for Allied, ensuring our customers receive the highest quality household moving services available anywhere. After conducting thorough research, we identified the things that held the greatest weight when it came to customer satisfaction during and after their household move. After acquiring that information, we developed a unique, accurate customer service satisfaction survey. An independent, third party conducts the QSA, and Allied tabulates the results and posts them for our movers to see.
Based on what we've learned, we have developed an assortment of exclusive, quality-enhancing programs to assure every move we make is the right move and to ensure we are constantly improving upon our already outstanding quality service.
A formal inspection of our fleet of vehicles is conducted once a year. The driver inspects the vehicles daily. Vehicles must be cleaned inside and out habitually, and the appearance must be at an acceptable level at all times.
