SIRVA Appoints New Manager of northAmerican Logistics

CHICAGO, January 14, 2004—SIRVA, Inc. (NYSE: SIR), a global relocation services provider, has appointed Dan Robertson general manager of northAmerican Logistics. Robertson has been vice president and general manager of North American Van Lines and Global Van Lines, subsidiaries of SIRVA, for the past three years.

"Dan is a terrific business leader with a variety of strategic and management skills that have helped make our van line business a success," said John Dupuy, president of Moving Services and Specialized Transportation – North America, SIRVA. "His extensive experience in the moving and logistics areas makes him very well suited to take on this added responsibility of managing and growing our logistics business."

Robertson will continue to have profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for North American Van Lines and will have the added responsibility for northAmerican Logistics P&L. He will continue to report directly to Dupuy.

Robertson has more than 30 years’ experience working with van lines, including managing several northAmerican Van Lines agencies for almost 20 years. He also has served in a variety of management roles in logistics and sales for North American.
