So, you've chosen Allied to handle your international move. Once you book your move with Allied International, we will develop a relocation solution tailored to your unique needs. During your move plan, your personal move coordinator will work with you to assess your needs and help you choose the services you need. He or she will also provide you with an accurate cost of your move. Once you are satisfied with this estimate, booking your international move as soon as possible is the next step. You want to allot as much time as possible between the day you book your move and the day you actually intend on moving.

International Move - Book Your Move Now

When you are ready to book your international move, call your personal move coordinator and provide a verbal acceptance. You will then discuss move dates and packing options. Be sure to have specific details available during this discussion so that your personal move coordinator can plan your move accordingly. During this time, you will also discuss valuation protection options and be asked to complete the necessary protection form.

Also, you will be asked to complete a formal acceptance of our local terms and conditions and send the paperwork back to Allied International with your coverage form. In order to keep your international move progressing forward, be sure to send in the formal acceptance and protection form quickly. The sooner you can send in these forms, the closer you are to starting your international move.

The acceptance form represents the formal booking of your move - so remember to keep a copy!

Once you have booked your international move with Allied International, you will receive a letter confirming the details, including your packing, loading and move dates. If you have purchased replacement value protection, you will receive a certificate reflecting that purchase. Once you have completed these steps, you will have officially booked your move with the superior international moving company , Allied International.
